My life’s philosophies are “Listen & Communicate.” I help people make good decisions. I deeply care, understand, and realize the need for ethics, honesty, integrity, and spirituality. I also share these philosophies in my approach to real estate. I feel that these “Keys to the Kingdom” open doors for buying and selling homes.
With over twenty-five years’ experience with a highly successful apparel manufacturing company and as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for that company, I know how to guide a project from start to finish.
When it comes to listening and people skills, I have mastered the art. I have proven over and over again that I can listen and interpret what I hear and turn it into successful results. I work closely with my clients to zero in on their goals and work efficiently to streamline the real estate process in order to attain superior results.
Challenges don’t deter me; in fact they fire me up! I’m tenacious, energetic, enthusiastic, and I work tirelessly to get the results buyer’s and seller’s want. My greatest reward is the satisfaction my clients convey to me and the word of mouth referrals they send me.
I am a member of the Hampton Roads Realtor Association, National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors and Real Estate Information Network. My credentials are Senior Real Estate Specialist, Waterfront Expert, Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist.
Some of my greatest strengths include working with military families, first time homebuyers, individuals looking to downsize and relocate, and people looking for their dream waterfront home.
My spare time is spent with my children and grandchildren. I’m also very involved with my church Star of the Sea. My volunteer work primarily consists of working to raise money for the fight against Cancer and Muscular Dystrophy.
