It was only natural for Ray to begin a second career as a licensed agent to share his knowledge. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Ray joined the U.S. Navy in 2003 as an Electronic Technician, and has served in and around Hampton Roads since 2004. Having lived in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Camden, and now in Moyock, Ray has the area expertise of a lifelong Tidewater resident. He has educational and technical background of Electronic and Civil Engineering Technology that supports the various aspects of real estate transactions such as inspections, construction, land surveys, and contracts.
Ray’s love for real estate grew from buying and renovating his first property at age 24, and soon thereafter became an investment property owner. He realized that he couldn’t change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world. He understands the life impact of real estate decisions, and equally values his client’s happiness with those decisions.

When Ray is not busy assisting clients and immersed in the real estate market, he enjoys playing softball and D.I.Y. projects. Most of all he loves being at his home, spending time with his wife Deanna, daughters Clarissa and Kaitlin, and their golden retriever, Barley.
