Monique was very knowledgeable about the real estate business and made sure that she worked to find me a home at the price point I was looking for. She was very diligent in her work from day one of us meeting. Monique went above and beyond in the process of the home inspection. She came to the home inspection and insured that all issues were found. We did a walk through 2 days prior to closing and she made sure all issues that were not fixed were attended too. I would definitely recommend Monique for anyone I know looking for a home.
