Mike Steel was the seller's agent when we purchased our home. Honestly, before the sale was final my husband and I preferred Mike to our own realtor. So when we decided to look for larger homes, we called Mike. He had kept in contact with us, even though he was not our agent. He took the time to show us homes, discuss the market, and was always very attentive. He is incredibly sharp. Being a native, he knows the area like the back of his hand. He is pleasant with everyone, but will fight for your best interest. We had the best photos taken along with overhead shots and an amazing video. Our house was on the market one day before Thanksgiving and we had two offers within a few days. We were under contract in just 8 days. And this is with the holiday season and higher interest rates. Mike is the entire package when it comes to a professional, polished, and sincere agent. I would pick him hands down from all others. Just spend 30 minutes to an hour with him and you will see for yourself. Mike was in constant contact with us. He went above and beyond on many levels. He helped manage pet care so our house could be toured and when inspected. He assisted with ongoing and time-sensitive negotiations and information relay on closing paperwork.
