Joan, a native of Hampton Roads, knows the area from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront to Williamsburg and even Northeast NC.  Prior to entering her career in real estate, she was a real estate paralegal, specializing in real estate closings. That coupled with her background in loan processing lends itself to her vast knowledge of the full real estate transaction.  She holds a license in both VA and NC.

Joan has been in real estate since 1997.  These years of experience cover custom construction, new homes, and resale as well as lot purchases.   As your Broker, she can guide you through any transaction, no matter how intricate or complicated it may be.

Joan has two children and five grandchildren.  Genealogy is her hobby and passion.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading and time spent enjoying family and friends.
