I am a full time REALTOR® serving Hampton Roads which includes Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, Virginia. Before I became a REALTOR® I served in the US Navy for 21 years and retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer - not having stayed in any location for more than 4 years. As a first time (and naive) home buyer, Jim Wilson was the most informative, and instructive agent I think could’ve existed. He went above and beyond to take us through virtual showings before my wife and I had a chance to come out and see in person, and he did an incredible job showing us that what is important to look for when purchasing a house. I was nervous about pulling the trigger on a home purchase, but after a few weeks of working with Jim, I am a confident, and remorseless buyer. After the closing, Jim took another step above what is expected as a realtor. As I was not getting my house-hold goods for another week, Jim provided me with an air mattress, sheets, cookware, and tools in order to allow me to live in-home without having to spend even more money. I regret nothing about working with Jim, and when it’s time for us to move/sell, we will work with no one else. Give Jim a bonus, he deserves it!! Thanks Jim!

Jim Wilson, went above and beyond what we could have ever expected in a realtor. He was patient and explained to my 80 yr old mother everything took the time to make sure she understood everything. It didn’t take to long after we started that I completely trusted him with my mom and her future cause the selling of the house was to take care of the rest of her life. Jim was able to get her above asking, more than we ever expected. Now my mom will live comfortable till her home going. He was there for her for everything. He worked right along side of us in all stages of getting the house ready. You can’t go wrong with Jim Wilson! The sale is over but we consider Jim a family friend now.
