The Michigan native established her strong array of professional skills during decades immersed in the realms of banking, mortgages, computer technology and systems engineering, marketing, customer service and executive-level administration and management.

Heather’s mortgage industry-insider experience spans from marketing and department management to lending-systems analysis, training and support. Elsewhere in banking, she’s held such vital positions as compliance officer, operations manager, human resources vice president and executive assistant to the president. Later she excelled as executive assistant to other prominent local employers, including the president of Regent University in Virginia Beach, the CEO of EOS Surfaces, a counter top manufacturer, and the vice president of finance at ARDX, a health-care consulting firm.

Heather lives with her husband, Lance, in his hometown of Virginia Beach. She and Lance are grandparents to four beloved grandchildren – two in Iowa and two in Alabama.
