My name is Frank Lloyd and I was born and raised in the bustling city of Brooklyn, New York. Growing up in Brooklyn my Dad taught me the value of hard work and the importance of perseverance. I knew from a young age that I wanted to make a difference in the world and serve my country, so I joined the Army shortly after graduating high school.
During my time in the Army, I learned valuable life skills such as how to listen, be responsible, and respectful. I was deployed to Germany and faced numerous challenges that helped me develop resilience and mental toughness. These skills would later prove to be essential in my future career.
After completing my service, I was looking for a new challenge and decided to pursue a career in finance. I worked as an Assistant Manager for Beneficial Finance Company for two years, where I develope my leadership and customer service skills. However, my true passion was technology and I wanted to work in a field that allowed me to use my technical expertise.
I landed a job at Pitney Bowes, where I spent the next 30 years as a Service Technician and Service Manager. During my time at Pitney Bowes, I developed a reputation for being a problem solver and for always putting the needs of my customers first. I enjoyed helping clients optimize their technology and streamline their operations, which ultimately led to increased productivity and cost savings.
However, after 30 years in the tech industry, I was ready for a new challenge. I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2014. Being a Real Estate agent allows me to use my problem-solving skills to help clients find their dream home or sell their property for the best possible price. Itās a job that requires me to be adaptable, resourceful, and empathetic to my clients' needs.
Looking back on my career, I am proud of the work that I have done and the skills that I have developed. Joining the Army taught me the importance of hard work, discipline, and respect, while my time in finance and technology helped me develop my business acumen and technical expertise. Now as a Real Estate Agent, I am excited to continue helping others and making a difference in their lives.
