Bill Olcheski, REALTOR®

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Bill moved to Norfolk to attend Old Dominion University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing. Bill put down roots in Hampton Roads and has been enjoying life at the beach ever since.

He worked his way through college with local construction jobs. Bill went on to have a 20+ year career at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals.

Bill began his Real Estate career in 2015, representing sellers, buyers, and investors. Having lived in Hampton Roads for most of his life, Bill has great insight into the local market. As a Realtor, Bill brings his expertise, experience, and attention to detail to every deal. His goal is to guide clients through smooth, "white glove" real estate transactions.

Bill met the love of his life, Renee, at ODU and they have been married for over 40 years. Together, they have two daughters. Rachel lives with her husband, Evan, in Vancouver, WA. She suffers from ALS and is on life support. Their other daughter, Laura Rose, lives and works on the East Coast.

Bill is active in his church, car club, and community.
