Beth is originally from Richmond, VA and has a professional background in sales and marketing and non-profit fundraising. Prior to becoming a Realtor® she owned and operated her own Window Treatment Business. Beth began her real estate career in Richmond in 2006 where she was awarded numerous Distinguished Achiever Awards by the Richmond Association of Realtors® and Sales Excellence Awards by the Home Builders Association of Richmond.
Beth moved to Chesapeake in 2011 to build and sell Eagle Pointe, Chesapeake’s Premier Community for Active Adults. Since that time, she has sold over 400 homes in the area totaling more than $138,000,000 with the majority of her sales in the active adult market. Specializing in the 55+ Active Adult Market in Hampton Roads is Beth’s passion. Nothing brings her more joy than helping someone find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood for the next chapter of their life.
Beth has also received numerous awards from the Hampton Roads Realtors® Association and has been recognized as the #1 New Homes Realtor in Hampton Roads and ranks in the top 1% of all Realtors in the nation.
She is married to her best friend, Rick Wiegan, since 1994. When they are not working, they love to travel and explore beaches all around the world, attend baseball games and play tennis.
