Aimee moved to Virginia Beach 10 years ago with her husband and children. Prior to moving here she managed her family contracting business in Baltimore, Maryland.  After moving to the beach she became a personal trainer and has worked in the health and fitness industry motivating a vast network of people to reach their personal goals.  When not working for you,  Aimee enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs at their home on the beautiful Back Bay in Sandbridge!
